GRACE MEMORIAL CEMETERY
Our cemetery has long stood as a sacred space of remembrance and peace for generations of Grace families. After a period of transition, a newly appointed and dedicated Cemetery Association Committee is now at work restoring organization, care, and vitality to this cherished resting place.
We invite all families and friends of those interred, as well as those in our columbarium and memorial garden, to help support the ongoing maintenance and preservation of these beautiful grounds. Annual donations of $100 per member contribute directly to the Cemetery Association’s general fund, ensuring our ability to care for the cemetery year-round.
To give, you may mail a check to Grace Memorial Episcopal Church or use the online payment link. Should you have any questions, please contact our church office at 985.345.2764

All Saints Day
In keeping with tradition, during the last week of October, we will place mums on the graves of those whose families live out of town and are unable to come to Hammond to observe this All Saints Day tradition. For those out-of-towners requesting mums to be placed in their absence, the mums are $15.00 each this year. Those who reside in the area are encouraged to place flowers on the graves of their loved ones for this annual observance.
Weather permitting, we will have the customary prayers in the cemetery on Sunday, November 2, 2025, at the 10:00 a.m. service on the Feast of All Saints. We will also consecrate four new columbarium towers that have been graciously donated by Mr. Jay Barzenick.
