A Hammond Fall Tradition

For years, Grace Memorial's Pumpkin Patch has brought a little extra fall fun to downtown Hammond. Stop by to find your perfect pumpkin, take a few photos, and enjoy the season with your family and friends.

And when you shop the patch, you're helping support our community. Funds raised benefit the Council on Aging and Grace Memorial's Blessing Box.

See You at the Pumpkin Patch!
