Integrating yoga's breath work, body movements, and meditation into the sacred meal liturgy offers a uniquely participative experience for holistic wellness and well-being through yogic practices and awakening into the mystical union with God in our bodies and our souls, personally and collectively. We invite you to come and experience what Jesus promises, "in face, the kingdom of God is within you."
