Monday & Wednesday at Noon Tuesday & Thursday at 5:30 PM Yoga for Kids on Tuesday at 4:30 PM Join us on the second Thursday of every month for Yin, Sound Healing Yoga at 5:30 PM Bring snacks and drinks to share after practice for fellowship! Grounding at Grace Yoga is for all levels of yoga experience and practice. On the first Saturday of every month, we gather for YogaMass. |
Fees for Grounding at Grace:
$15 for a single class
$100 for 10 classes (makes it $10 per class)
If this isn’t in your budget, which we completely understand, please contact Mtr. Liz here and we will come up with a monthly fee or what will work for you. We absolutely do not want anyone not coming because of money!
Registration is required.
Register by texting Heather Kemp at 985-969-5177 at least one hour before the class begins, or contact the church office directly.
